Responsibilities
- Engineer, architect, maintain, and enhance IGA systems, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
- Configure and optimize IGA tools, including user onboarding, access provisioning, and access recertification workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve IGA system issues with cross-functional teams while minimizing disruption.
- Monitor system performance and security logs and respond proactively to anomalies or incidents.
- Develop and maintain IGA procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Support audits and assessments and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Evaluate emerging IGA tools and technologies and recommend system and process improvements.
- Provide technical support to IT teams and end users and share IGA best practices.
- Mentor team members and participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation with 10-minute response times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing leading IGA products, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Saviynt IGA Level 200 or Saviynt IGA Professional certification.
- Experience with Saviynt, IAM implementation, security policy development, system performance monitoring, audit and compliance, enterprise integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and proficiency with SQL and LDAP.
- Working knowledge of Java, Windows PowerShell scripting, SCIM, and REST APIs.
- Experience with report development, problem tracking and trending, and meeting productivity, financial, and stakeholder satisfaction goals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
