Responsibilities
- Maintain production system availability in accordance with defined service level agreements.
- Lead incident and outage resolution while maintaining clear communication.
- Restore production services promptly and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain data retention practices for compliance and operational continuity.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and operational decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Expert proficiency in Continuous Improvement Techniques.
- Expert proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps and DevOps is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Process Optimization and Problem Solving is preferred.
