Responsibilities
- Accountable for Automation Testing.
- Create, configure, and maintain a suite of automated regression tests.
- Develop test plans and analyze requirements.
- Sign-off on manually scripted test cases.
- Review product design documentation for accuracy.
- Consult with product development on system requirements.
- Define test methods and create test plans for software projects.
- Recommend design improvements to engineers.
- Maintain communication with project software engineers.
- Execute test plans and create test reports.
- Conduct functional and nonfunctional testing.
- Monitor program performance post-implementation.
- Conduct compatibility tests with vendor programs.
- Design software systems using scientific analysis.
- Create test tools for data gathering and execution.
- Support manufacturing by verifying fixture software.
- Participate in risk management meetings.
- Script test cases against manually scripted cases.
- Run regression tests and report issues.
- Implement automated tests using Selenium.
- Manage defects and track test metrics.
- Document the QA automated test framework.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of computer programming and software development.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.
- Creative thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented personality.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Strong communication skills with development team members.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor's Degree/BTEC or equivalent experience.
- ISTQB/ISEB certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- At least 3 years of test automation experience with Selenium, Jasmine, POM, Cucumber.
- Certification in Java, Spring, or AWS technologies preferred.
- Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification is a plus.
