Responsibilities
- Develop software applications for test-automation projects supporting highly configurable semiconductor manufacturing systems.
- Define software specifications, write code and documentation, and prepare user manuals and release notes.
- Analyze internal customer testing requirements and develop automation solutions for deployment and implementation.
- Test software and enhancements, identify bugs, and implement quality and performance improvements.
- Design database schemas, configure databases, implement access control, and optimize queries.
- Investigate internal customer inquiries, feedback, and issue reports.
- Collaborate with IT and Data Intelligence teams on software projects and compile data for reports and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of software development experience using C++, C#, .NET, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience with SQL and relational database design and development.
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, Git, or similar programming tools.
- Strong communication, teamwork, accountability, initiative, and ownership.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience with industrial automation, device communication, manufacturing software, equipment control, SEMI SECS/GEM, EDA, PLC integration, or TCP/IP-based automation systems is preferred.
