Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and own infrastructure and automation for detecting, containing, and eradicating security threats
- Develop alerting and detection strategies for malicious or anomalous behavior
- Create defensive techniques to counter changing adversary tactics
- Analyze network, host, memory, and other artifacts from multiple operating systems and applications
- Investigate enterprise-wide operations to uncover sophisticated and undetected threats
- Partner with the Information Security team to improve the company’s network defense posture
Requirements
- At least 3 years of security experience with a major platform such as AWS, Azure, Windows, OS X, or Linux
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or a similar language, with Python preferred
- Active TS/SCI security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
- Broad exposure to security domains, particularly forensics or threat intelligence
- Deep experience in incident response or detection engineering
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and common protocols
- Contributions to the information security community, such as conference talks, blog posts, or public tool development, are valued
