Base Salary
$160k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale orchestration engines for agentic workflows.
- Develop high-performance systems for retrieval-augmented generation.
- Create automated infrastructure for large-scale simulations and experiments.
- Collaborate with modeling teams to productionize AI workflows into microservices.
- Implement system optimizations for efficiency in AI operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in designing and supporting distributed systems or data-intensive systems.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Go or Java; familiarity with C++ is a plus.
- Strong understanding of database internals and cloud-native architecture.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or XGBoost.
