Base Salary
$190k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust applications and systems using React, Typescript, Django, and Postgres.
- Collaborate with product design and management to deliver delightful experiences for patients and providers.
- Foster a knowledge sharing culture through mentorship and collaborative learning.
- Offer innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Take responsibility for end-to-end project delivery with a strong sense of ownership.
- Champion engineering excellence through best practices and code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance regulations for sensitive patient information.
- Challenge ideas and assumptions from stakeholders to improve overall solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record.
- Deep experience with modern frontend technologies, particularly TypeScript, React, and CSS-in-JS libraries.
- Experience implementing frontend architecture best practices.
- Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows.
- Excited about working in-person with the team in Menlo Park.
