Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites aiming to automate 80% of integration tests.
Understand the AI product, user journey, edge cases, and potential failure modes.
Identify quality risks early and improve testing processes proactively.
Build reusable test frameworks and components using modern testing tools.
Break down complex testing challenges and design effective test strategies.
Produce clear video demonstrations and documentation for test cases and quality processes.
Own the delivery of entire software development test suites and frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testability is integrated into features.
Articulate quality concerns and test results clearly in a remote environment.

2+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles with a focus on test automation and integration testing.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Ruby for writing test automation.
Experience with tools like Playwright, Selenium, Jest, or similar frameworks.
Ability to design and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to question assumptions.
Comfortable creating detailed documentation and test plans for a distributed team.
Initiative to identify issues and improve processes without constant direction.
Passion for understanding technology and staying current with testing best practices.
Proven ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
