Responsibilities
- Develop applications using C# and the .NET Framework, including ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Dapper.
- Apply object-oriented design, common design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Work with relational databases and source control systems, including hands-on use of Git.
- Provide technical insight on client engagements and internal projects within multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise more junior team members and maintain a high standard of work quality.
- Contribute to IT implementation support, software design and development, and related technology consulting services.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience as a .NET Software Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree at minimum, preferably a master’s degree, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, or a related quantitatively focused field.
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented design and programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Professional application development experience with C# and the .NET Framework.
- Experience with at least one relational database management system: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of versioning and source control systems, especially Git.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills in both Greek and English.
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies, DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes is desirable.
- IT-related professional qualifications or certifications are desirable.
