Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable applications and services integrated with enterprise platforms.
- Lead technical design, architecture, code reviews, design reviews, interface definition, and performance planning.
- Partner with the Software Engineering Manager on technical strategy, roadmaps, and architecture runway.
- Mentor and grow engineers through pairing, design guidance, debugging support, and engineering best practices.
- Drive automated unit, integration, end-to-end, and component testing, performance monitoring, resilience, and operational readiness.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure health, observability, secure application configuration, and secrets management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of React experience building complex integrated front-end architectures and owning production front-end architecture.
- 4+ years of TypeScript experience, including strict typing, generics, discriminated unions, type-safe APIs, domain models, and reusable type utilities.
- 4+ years of Test-Driven Development experience with unit, integration, and component testing.
- 3+ years of hands-on Container-as-a-Service or Kubernetes experience, including Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes operations.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, logs, metrics, traces, Pod Disruption Budgets, resource requests and limits, and secure application configuration.
- 4+ years of professional experience in manufacturing and/or IT in web development or data analytics, with a record of delivering production solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include manufacturing or factory operations experience, performance optimization, New Relic or Datadog, secure coding and dependency scanning, RESTful APIs, Databricks, Kafka, Agile or Lean delivery, and LLM/RAG experience.
