Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, identify technical risks, and recommend solutions.
- Translate requirements into implementation plans with effort estimates and task breakdowns.
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise software.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle within an Agile team.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across different geographies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and customer issues.
- Participate in software design and code reviews.
- Address application performance, reliability, scalability, and security considerations.
- Work with cloud platforms and modern container technologies.
- Contribute to database migration and performance optimization activities.
- Drive assigned work independently through completion and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong programming knowledge in C++ and Java.
- Strong understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and multiple cloud platforms.
- Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of Unix, databases, and RDBMS concepts.
- Experience with database migration and performance optimization.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Agile development and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Experience addressing application performance, reliability, scalability, and security challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments through completion.
- Interest in learning new technologies and improving technical capabilities.
