Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality for incoming features, including requirements refinement, test strategy, automation, deployment support, and production monitoring.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable API and end-to-end test automation frameworks using Java, Kotlin, RestAssured, and Spring Boot.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Plan and execute performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and support high availability.
- Monitor pre-production and production systems with Datadog and investigate bugs and metrics.
- Create and manage test plans, execution reports, and traceability using Jira and Zephyr Scale.
- Communicate quality risks and technical concepts to cross-functional Product and Development stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing.
- Hands-on experience with RestAssured and the Spring Boot ecosystem for API automation.
- Experience designing end-to-end test suites and executing performance or load testing.
- Practical experience with GitHub Actions, Postman, Zephyr Scale, Jira, and Datadog.
- A shift-left testing mindset and ability to identify quality issues during requirements phases.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as Open Code, Claude Code, Kiro, or Lumen is a bonus.
- Familiarity with the AI Development Life Cycle and testing AI/LLM-integrated applications is a bonus.
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or GCP, microservices, and messaging systems such as Kafka or SQS is a bonus.
