Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Maintain consultative relationships with healthcare business stakeholders, gather requirements, and formulate complex technical architectures.
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale full-stack applications using the .NET ecosystem and Angular-based interfaces.
- Define application scope and objectives and prepare functional and technical specifications for web-based and Windows-based environments.
- Design scalable database schemas, optimize stored procedures, and perform high-volume ETL using SSIS and SSRS.
- Architect and deploy secure web services and APIs for cross-platform integration.
- Perform advanced code reviews, mentor junior developers, and apply coding standards, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Develop and execute system testing protocols using NUnit and troubleshoot complex defects.
- Coordinate integrations and cloud deployments across global IT departments using Azure and Oracle Cloud.
- Provide expert on-call support and monitor enterprise systems for deficiencies and performance bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Management, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in any occupation using one platform.
- Three years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and VB.NET.
- Experience with Angular, AngularJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript for complex data-driven web interfaces.
- Experience with the Facets healthcare platform, including EDI 837/835 transaction standards and Claims, Members, and Providers data modules.
- Experience with database architecture, stored procedure optimization, and ETL using SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Experience architecting and deploying Web API, WCF/SOAP, and RESTful services.
- Experience with Azure, Oracle Cloud Foundation, and version-control tools including Azure DevOps/TFS, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Experience with SDLC practices, SOLID principles, design patterns, NUnit, and CheckMarx.
- Experience gathering healthcare business requirements and converting them into detailed technical specifications.
- Oracle Cloud Foundations 2022 and Oracle Cloud Foundations 2021 certifications are required.

- Primarily virtual full-time work is available, except for required in-person training; candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of the Chicago posting location unless accommodated by law.
- Monday-Friday work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
