Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and operationalisation of machine learning models.
- Build Gen-AI agentic applications that solve complex problems and enhance products and services.
- Integrate machine learning solutions into production systems in collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Provide people leadership while maintaining a hands-on senior AI engineering workload.
- Develop engineering designs, CI/CD pipelines, automation, infrastructure, and configuration-management solutions.
- Perform data processing and feature engineering using big-data technologies.
- Develop backend and frontend solutions using Node.js and React.
- Apply A/B testing and experimental AI engineering design and architectural concepts.
- Work with diverse stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment.
Requirements
- Expert programming skills in Python and strong familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Advanced experience building AI solutions with LlamaIndex, LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, or similar frameworks.
- Deep experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Bamboo, Terraform, and Chef.
- Advanced experience with Hadoop, Spark, or similar technologies for data processing and feature engineering.
- Experience implementing solutions using Azure ML, Synapse, and Azure AI Services.
- Strong familiarity with graph databases and their usage patterns.
- Hands-on backend and frontend development experience with Node.js and React.
- Advanced familiarity with Bash and PowerShell scripting.
- Azure and AWS certifications for solution design.
- Deep experience with A/B testing and experimental AI engineering design and architecture.
- Highly established people leadership, stakeholder-management, relationship-management, and business-acumen experience.
