Responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise, network, and application level security reviews.
- Perform threat modeling for infrastructure, platform, and application initiatives.
- Plan and oversee execution of security initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with teams to embed security into application architectures and workflows.
- Enhance IAM policies, network configurations, and cloud resource management practices.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party security platforms for automation.
- Respond to security incidents to triage, contain, remediate, and report.
- Leverage AI to enhance work products and learning.
- Drive security initiatives from risk identification to solution delivery.
- Automate vulnerability detection and compliance validation across environments.
Requirements
- Experience in security consulting with hands-on implementation skills.
- Experience supporting and leading DevSecOps initiatives.
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining DSO platforms through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience in offensive cyber operations like penetration testing.
- Software engineering experience with a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Golang).
- Experience with data protection activities like data tagging and catalogs.
- Experience in enterprise identity and access management solutions at scale.
- Experience securely operating web applications and services in production.
- Proven track record of deploying and operating Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience deploying infrastructure across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience in fleet administration of Linux workstations and servers.
- Experience in defensive cyber operations like managing a SOC.
