Responsibilities
- Understand client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software solutions and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, engineering staff, project managers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Track customer requests and feedback to support quality, usability, serviceability, and on-time delivery.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, MIS reporting, and customer satisfaction activities.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and maintain current skills.
Requirements
- Software development, testing, debugging, maintenance, and documentation capabilities.
- Ability to analyze requirements, study system flows and data usage, and design software solutions.
- Ability to develop and execute software validation test cases and investigate defects.
- Ability to communicate with clients, project managers, functional teams, engineering staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Willingness to complete relevant certifications and participate in continuing education and training.
