Base Salary
$73k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
- Participate in software design discussions and create process documentation.
- Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications according to specifications.
- Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects.
- Support software feature integration and transitions within existing infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot live applications and document maintenance solutions.
- Document coding practices, testing methods, and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or qualifying progressive specialty experience in lieu of education.
- Core Java experience.
- Spring Boot and Spring MVC experience.
- Experience with microservices architecture and REST API development.
- Preferred experience with event-driven architecture, particularly Kafka, and GraphQL.
- Preferred exposure to SQL or NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to work across most areas of the SDLC and troubleshoot production issues.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
