Base Salary
$90k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications for government and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, system administrators, and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop and integrate APIs for interoperability and secure data exchange.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and documentation.
- Support application performance, security, reliability, compliance, and secure coding practices.
- Support application deployment through CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system defects and production issues.
- Work with Java and Microsoft technology stacks in structured, compliance-driven environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Five years of Java development experience with strong proficiency in Java JDK 8 or higher.
- Top Secret clearance.
- Certified Scrum Master certification.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, Java Collections Framework, multithreading and concurrency, and exception handling.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Eclipse IDE, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with the IntelliTrack Entellitrak platform and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level or government systems.
- Working knowledge of .NET, C#, Visual Basic, SQL Server 2017 or newer, and T-SQL.
- Preferred: experience with Jaspersoft Studio, DevExpress, hybrid Java/.NET environments, Git, relational databases, data modeling, secure coding, NIST, and FISMA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
