Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and tools supporting global operations.
- Analyze technical challenges and develop creative, efficient solutions to complex problems.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code that follows coding standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with hardware, product management, QA, and other cross-functional teams on project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and debug software to support reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Continue learning about software engineering technologies, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Genuine interest in software development and innovative technical projects.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening, excluding cannabis testing in compliance with Washington state regulations.

- Starting base salary typically ranges from $90,000 to $129,150 per year, with the Job Grade salary range extending from $90,000 to $142,200.
