Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to lead development teams through complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
