Responsibilities
- Design and deliver RPA solutions using UiPath in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices.
- Support RPA strategy development by assessing automation opportunities.
- Define, design, and develop UiPath automations, including proofs of concept, pilots, and production solutions.
- Conduct business process workshops and interviews, document process definitions, and lead these activities at a more senior level.
- Participate in design and configuration sessions and improve work products based on feedback.
- Guide and mentor newly trained developers.
- Collaborate with business and technical specialists to deliver client automation solutions.
Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of IT industry experience with a code development background.
- At least 1.5 years of experience developing and implementing UiPath automation workflows.
- Strong technical skills with UiPath and its end-to-end offerings.
- Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands-on experience with the RE-Framework.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is required.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge in VBA, VB, Java, C#, or another scripting language is required; Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of cognitive automation with OCR tools and AI/ML is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, or Action Center.
- Experience with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation, Citrix Automation, or other RPA tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
