Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions involving Workday data flows, integrations, Native AI Agents, custom agents, and Sana capabilities.
- Advise C-suite and technical stakeholders on AI architecture, business value, risks, and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Lead technical delivery across configuration, integrations, data preparation, privacy and security controls, and model-related tuning.
- Design and validate integrations between Workday AI, third-party systems, and external LLMs while ensuring data integrity and security.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve the Agent Platform, AI tooling, Sana integrations, and reusable delivery patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software implementation, technical architecture, and technical consulting experience, including complex multi-system initiatives; the Principal level requires 8+ years.
- 1+ years of hands-on enterprise AI/ML or intelligent automation deployment experience; the Principal level requires 2+ years.
- Strong technical architecture experience designing data flows, integration patterns, and security models across SaaS ecosystems and external services.
- Deep familiarity with Workday HCM and/or Financials, including configuration, integration frameworks, and security models, or equivalent experience with similar enterprise platforms.
- Practical experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, and orchestration layers in enterprise settings.
- Professional services or consulting experience leading high-stakes customer programs and collaborating with engagement managers, functional consultants, and customer IT teams.
- Strong communication, decision-making, work management, technical risk management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience improving technical delivery practices through reference architectures, reusable patterns, or automation.
- Alignment with Ethical AI principles and experience designing transparent, fair, secure, and privacy-compliant solutions.

- Germany base salary range is €78,600–€118,000 EUR for EU locations.
