Base Salary
$107k - $284k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and operate business-critical distributed systems at scale.
- Build and sustain innovative full-stack solutions for Signify Health’s value-based care technology platform.
- Work with cloud infrastructure and scalable software architectures.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and communicate technical ideas clearly.
- Travel quarterly or as needed.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience.
- Strong foundations in problem solving, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and concurrency.
- Experience as a polyglot engineer using more than one language such as C++, C#, Java, Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience shipping and operating large-scale systems through full-stack development.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database systems such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and operating distributed systems at scale.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud vendor: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Preferred familiarity with asynchronous, event-based architectures.
- Preferred 6 or more months of experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Preferred experience with Kafka, Protobuf, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and application or performance monitoring platforms such as New Relic.
- Preferred experience establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and working with agile methodologies.
- A bachelor’s degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
