Responsibilities
- Advise clients on CRM and customer engagement transformation strategies.
- Lead CRM platform evaluations, assessments, and roadmap development.
- Define future-state customer engagement capabilities.
- Facilitate executive workshops with business and technology leaders.
- Develop CRM operating models and governance frameworks.
- Support CRM platform selection and business case development.
- Align customer engagement strategy with broader enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Lead SAP CX advisory, architecture, transformation, and implementation engagements.
- Design enterprise-scale SAP CX solutions and oversee implementations.
- Lead pre-sales pursuits and large-scale SAP CX transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
Requirements
- Highly experienced Principal SAP CX Solution Architect with business process, enterprise architecture, and implementation delivery experience.
- Deep expertise in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, SAP Service Cloud Version 2, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Customer Data solutions, AI-enabled customer engagement capabilities, and end-to-end CRM transformation programs.
- Ability to lead client advisory work, executive stakeholder engagement, pre-sales pursuits, and large-scale transformation programs.
