Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for escalated issues related to the Databricks Data Intelligence platform.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Lead the resolution of high-priority incidents and conduct root cause analyses.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and DevOps teams to drive improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation on support procedures and known issues.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and implement optimizations.
- Manage the deployment of platform upgrades and patches.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role related to Databricks or big data technologies.
- Deep understanding of Databricks architecture and Apache Spark, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing complex issues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information.
- Proven experience in managing high-impact customer interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are preferred.
