Responsibilities
- Contribute to the team’s functional and technical roadmap for deterministic rules-based and AI-driven healthcare automation.
- Support technical design and make data-driven technology decisions with cross-functional teams.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack cloud platform and web application features.
- Support the platform across frontend, databases, and production services.
- Drive engineering releases two to four times per month and perform production support duties one to two times per year.
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of information security activities, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of full-time software development lifecycle experience.
- Proficiency with Java and Groovy.
- Experience building applications with React and JavaScript; TypeScript experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud development.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL datastores, including MySQL, Postgres, Dynamo, Elastic, or Mongo.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or Cucumber is preferred but not required.
- Ability to own the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong collaboration, ownership, adaptability, and ability to work with minimal direction.
- Healthcare or life sciences experience, open-source or community projects, and experience integrating AI/LLM or agent-based systems are preferred.
