Responsibilities
- Design, build, integrate, and scale new security solutions for the vulnerability management program.
- Develop and maintain tools that prioritize security vulnerability findings from multiple data sources.
- Create comprehensive dashboards and reporting metrics tailored to various audiences.
- Conduct detailed analyses to inform security development teams on eliminating vulnerabilities.
- Partner with product and development teams to improve vulnerability triage workflows.
- Contribute to the design of risk-scoring and SLA models aligned with business priorities.
- Evaluate and pilot AI-powered tools to improve vulnerability detection and remediation.
- Mentor other engineers and shape the evolution of the vulnerability management strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT or Engineering with a security focus.
- Strong experience with bug bounty programs, vulnerability research, validation, or pentesting.
- Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities to enhance security workflows.
- Familiarity with internal tool development and engineering enablement.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and coding.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable owning and setting technical direction for initiatives.
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.
