Responsibilities
- Recommend enterprise architecture strategies, processes, methodologies, models, and reusable technology solutions.
- Assess organizational goals, participate in technology roadmaps, and align solutions with application frameworks and architectural patterns.
- Design, customize, and implement robust, secure, and scalable systems across n-tier platforms.
- Promote Security Development Lifecycle adoption within software development practices.
- Research and implement new solutions, including proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Support the ENCORE enterprise architecture and modernization efforts involving cloud strategy, DevOps, and technical delivery.
- Design application architecture strategies for migration to the cloud and integrate technical structures with business and IT processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology is strongly preferred; an alternate degree with significant IT-related and leadership experience may be considered instead.
- At least 7 years of software engineering and application development experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise, application, technical, or information architecture.
- Experience with modern software development environments incorporating Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Experience with JavaScript web UI technologies, MVC, Bootstrap, Kendo UI, jQuery, and multiple JavaScript frameworks including Angular, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with Microservices, NoSQL, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Service Fabric, and Logic App.
- Knowledge of application delivery methods, enterprise system portfolios, security risks and threats, authentication, authorization, certificates, encryption, and OWASP.
- Working knowledge of Visual Studio 2015 or 2017 or higher, TFS, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Dependency Injection, Dapper, and test automation components.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship.
