Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop Agentic AI systems for sequential decision-making in scientific contexts.
- Create workflow and code generation from natural language to executable lab steps.
- Establish benchmarks and test suites to evaluate AI capabilities and progress.
Requirements
- PhD or Masters in a quantitative discipline with a strong machine learning background.
- Proficiency in LLMs and agent architectures, including planning and code generation.
- Experience with modern ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and work with lab systems.
