Responsibilities
- Engage with customer developers and engineers to understand application, data, and AI priorities.
- Design, build, and deploy secure AI and agentic solutions that drive customer business value.
- Deliver technical engagements including architecture design, proofs of concept, and minimum viable products.
- Accelerate adoption of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms.
- Leverage AI to automate repeatable processes and contribute reusable intellectual property.
- Share customer insights with account teams to identify opportunities and remove adoption blockers.
- Maintain technical expertise in Microsoft AI, cloud, developer, data, and security technologies.
- Participate in onboarding, technical training, ongoing skill development, and technical communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of experience in AI or cloud technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
- A master's degree or equivalent experience may qualify in place of the preferred bachelor's degree and experience combination.
- Technical certification in cloud technologies, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications, is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, communicate effectively, listen actively, and incorporate coaching feedback.
