Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Salesforce Callouts, Web Services, and External Services.
- Develop and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries on the Force.com platform.
- Design and implement Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions aligned with business and client requirements.
- Create scalable automation workflows and AI-enabled business processes.
- Perform debugging, issue resolution, performance tuning, and platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders on functional and technical designs.
- Apply Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications.
- Mentor junior Salesforce developers and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce application development in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce API integrations, REST APIs, Salesforce Callouts, External Services, Web Services, and third-party system integrations.
- Experience designing, customizing, and implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce security model, Flows, workflow automation, debugging, and problem resolution.
- Experience driving Salesforce enhancement and implementation projects independently and mentoring junior developers.
- BE, BTech, ME, or MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM data models, customer data platform architecture, Platform Events, event-driven integration patterns, DevOps, CI/CD, Salesforce deployment tools, and Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect.
