Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain complex integrations across Workday, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Dell Boomi, SaaS, on-premises, and third-party systems.
- Build Workday integrations using Studio, RaaS, EIB, calculated fields, custom reports, web services, and specialized HR, payroll, benefits, learning, and absence integrations.
- Develop Oracle Integration Cloud processes, application integrations, Visual Builder pages, Insight Analytics, API integrations, reports, dashboards, and Oracle ERP Cloud finance integrations.
- Develop PL/SQL packages and procedures for OIC validations and transformations, including SQL tuning and performance optimization.
- Design and maintain Boomi AtomSphere processes, maps, connectors, deployment strategies, cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premises, and hybrid integrations.
- Implement integration error handling, monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Participate in proof-of-concepts, demos, post-deployment support, technical specification development, and integration best-practice efforts.
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and monitoring while ensuring alignment with business scope, schedules, priorities, security frameworks, and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent proven experience.
- 8+ years of total enterprise integration development experience.
- 6+ years of total Workday experience and Workday Integration/Studio Certification.
- 5+ years of experience building Oracle Integration Cloud components and 5+ years developing PL/SQL packages and stored procedures.
- 3+ years of experience with the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform, including connectors, processes, maps, deployment strategies, API Management, and B2B/EDI capabilities.
- Programming experience with XML, JSON, XSLT 3.0, and Java, plus experience with RESTful and SOAP web services and data transformation.
- Experience with Workday integration tools, Oracle OIC adapters and orchestration patterns, Oracle SOA Cloud Service, Oracle Managed File Transfer, Oracle Service Bus, BPEL, BAM, and Boomi Atom/Molecule architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and enterprise integration architectures, third-party APIs, enterprise security frameworks, and Oracle Cloud, OCI, and Workday data security.
- Experience working in Agile teams, with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation; business-facing experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, prioritization, and ability to communicate complex requirements accurately.
