Base Salary

$499k - $900k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Netflix Conversion APIs and Audience Onboarding systems.
  • Build high-volume, low-latency services that ingest consented advertiser engagement events through server-to-server streaming, pixel requests, and batch uploads.
  • Process conversion events into high-fidelity, identity- and attribution-enriched, deduplicated datasets for downstream services.
  • Enable derivative conversion services such as retargeting and outcome-based optimization.
  • Collaborate across organizations and diverse cross-functional teams on complex, business-critical technical problems.
  • Support privacy-safe advertising activation, measurement, reporting, and optimization capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience solving highly complex, ambiguous, business-critical technical problems requiring significant cross-organization collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience building server-to-server, batch, and pixel Conversion APIs and processing conversion events from diverse sources.
  • Expertise using conversion events to enable retargeting and outcome-based optimization.
  • Practical experience with streaming event architectures and related technologies such as Kafka and Flink.
  • Strong understanding of ad technology, programmatic advertising, and current digital marketing trends.
  • Familiarity with global advertising regulations, privacy, consent, and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred: experience building scalable batch and streaming advertiser custom audience onboarding and activation systems.
  • Preferred: familiarity with clean rooms and privacy-enhancing technology for multi-party data sharing.
  • Preferred: experience in the CTV space and knowledge of its constraints.

  • Annual salary and stock option program with a compensation range of $499,000.00-$900,000.00 depending on location; Netflix does not provide bonuses.
