Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and implement application enhancements.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
- Manage releases while maintaining application stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Document configuration changes and maintain records of system modifications.
- Participate in team discussions, independently resolve work-related problems, and contribute as a subject matter expert.
- Share technical knowledge and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, including customization and extension of CRM solutions.
- Familiarity with API and web-service integration techniques within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms and tools for application configuration and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in packaged or SaaS applications.
- Understanding of release management and version control in application environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
