Base Salary
$400k - $680k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate Identity Lifecycle and Access Control solutions for Netflix employees, contractors, and external partners.
- Deliver IAM solutions across implementation, partner integration, and rollout strategy.
- Support federated authentication, user provisioning and deprovisioning, identity governance, compliance, and access management.
- Consult with vendors and service providers to integrate and improve third-party identity capabilities.
- Support acquisition-driven identity integrations and migrations using scalable integration patterns.
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to align IAM solutions with business needs.
- Read and occasionally write code in internal codebases and run services on a cloud computing platform.
Requirements
- Proven track record architecting, building, and operating complex Identity Lifecycle and Access Control solutions.
- Deep IAM expertise covering workforce identity lifecycle processes from upstream HCM platforms through downstream applications.
- Strong knowledge of OpenID Connect, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, and LDAP authentication and authorization standards and protocols.
- Hands-on experience with vendor IAM solutions such as Okta Workflows, Okta Identity Engine, Auth0, or equivalent.
- Experience with CI/CD and at least one modern programming language, preferably Java or Python.
- Experience running services on a cloud computing platform, particularly AWS.
- Strong communication, collaboration, independent decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Experience with acquisition-driven identity integrations and migrations is strongly preferred.
