Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise architecture and solution designs for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide RFP solutioning, architecture documentation, design assurance, integration recommendations, and target-state roadmaps.
- Lead technical design, development, implementation, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and issue resolution for client solutions.
- Enable delivery teams with frameworks, reusable tools, architecture standards, support metrics, and technical guidance.
- Present solution designs to clients, support pre-sales activities, negotiate requirements, and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and other thought leadership materials.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities.
- Manage team resourcing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, engagement, diversity, and career progression.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Zuora Billing and Payment.
- 8–10 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing enterprise-wide architectures and leading custom technology solutions through delivery.
- Ability to work with clients, sales teams, project teams, consulting groups, executives, technical leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with architecture governance, risk mitigation, solution documentation, technical leadership, and client presentations.
- Ability to mentor technical staff and manage team talent, performance, and engagement.
- Completion of required training and certifications is expected.
