Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve system issues, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and clients.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, and project status updates according to project standards.
- Support software implementation, continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, and on-time delivery.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and maintain effective customer communication.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain current programming and software-development skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Python for Insights.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to create and execute software validation and test scenarios.
- Ability to document technical solutions and prepare accurate project reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Customer focus and effective written and verbal communication skills.
