Responsibilities
- Build and manage a container platform with GKE on GCP.
- Manage the lifecycle of GKE add-ons, including Anthos Service Mesh, security tools, instrumentation, and observability.
- Implement platform best practices to meet internal SLA and SLO targets.
- Create comprehensive runbooks and reliability standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members.
- Collaborate with Product, SRE, and support teams to roll out new features.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience with Kubernetes platforms.
- 3–4 years of scripting or automation experience with Python or Shell.
- 2–3 years of experience with Terraform.
- Preferred experience with Jenkins and other CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of GKE and GCP services is preferred.
- Prior experience handling large-scale Kubernetes platforms is preferred.
