Responsibilities
- Design and implement software for robotic and computer-assisted surgical applications.
- Develop, document, and execute tests for software performance, reliability, and safety.
- Prototype solutions that improve system accuracy, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and research partners.
- Contribute to technical discussions and solve complex problems across project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience developing large-scale C++ applications in Linux or Unix environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with Git, JIRA, Make, and CMake.
- Knowledge of applied linear algebra, UI or graphical application development, and data analysis tools such as MATLAB.
