Responsibilities
- Develop robust, functional, maintainable, and evolvable software.
- Collaborate with clients around shared project objectives and build trusted relationships.
- Test and challenge methodologies to select pragmatic approaches for each project.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities including workshops, coding dojos, katas, talks, articles, and experience reports.
- Participate in technically challenging consulting and architecture projects.

- Demonstrated interest in developing robust, high-quality software.
- Commitment to maintainability, testing, and pragmatic software craftsmanship.
- Willingness to question existing knowledge and continue progressing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
- Participation in a pair-programming recruitment session is part of the process.
