Responsibilities
- Build, test, and optimize bespoke agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop integration pipelines to embed core AI models into client environments.
- Own the technical lifecycle of AI applications from rapid prototype through stable production release.
- Perform technical debugging, root-cause analysis, and latency and prompt optimization.
- Implement LLM evaluation, guardrails, version control, and other engineering best practices.
- Identify and flag model drift, data leakage, and other system risks early.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building production RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Strong understanding of Model Context Protocols, A2A protocols, and Agent Developer Kits.
- Practical proficiency in prompting techniques, fine-tuning workflows, and evaluating LLM outputs.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Experience deploying and scaling machine learning solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
- Production-grade backend coding skills in Python and basic familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript for API integrations.
- Three to five years of experience in GenAI consulting for applications and infrastructure.
