Responsibilities
- Architect and lead enterprise-scale Generative AI and agentic AI solutions.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, AI copilots, enterprise knowledge assistants, and AI workflow automation platforms.
- Lead end-to-end AI product development from ideation through production deployment.
- Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, governance, and Responsible AI practices.
- Build scalable AI platforms using cloud-native services and modern MLOps and LLMOps practices.
- Guide engineering teams through architecture, design reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Work with clients to define AI strategies, use cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, Cyber, and Business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- Require 4+ years of experience, with 5–8 years of technology experience stated in the mandatory qualifications.
- Require 3+ years of GenAI or LLM engineering experience.
- Require expertise in LLMs and foundation models, agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, advanced RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, AI governance, Responsible AI, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval.
- Require hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Azure, AWS, GCP, MLflow, Databricks, Fabric, and Kubernetes.
- Require strong Python and software engineering experience, including experience building AI copilots and enterprise AI platforms.
- Require a Bachelor of Technology degree; the posting also lists BE/BTech, MCA, or MBA qualifications.
- Preferred qualifications include AI engineering team leadership, AI product management or solution architecture exposure, multimodal AI, document intelligence, enterprise search, and relevant Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent certifications.
