Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate enterprise workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Perform proactive application monitoring and maintenance to support reliability and performance.
- Support incident management, service request fulfillment, and application support best practices.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely issue-resolution updates.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions during team discussions.
Requirements
- At least five years of overall professional experience.
- At least three years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
