Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own platform and infrastructure work that shortens the path from an engineer’s commit to production.
- Build and evolve build systems, CI/CD, and developer tooling used by the engineering team.
- Improve observability and operational tooling so problems surface early and are inexpensive to diagnose.
- Make and explain platform tradeoffs on behalf of the wider engineering organization.
- Partner with product engineering teams to identify and resolve development bottlenecks.
- Write production-quality code and automation across the stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Startup experience with ownership of a broad technical surface area during a growth stage.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and build tooling.
- Fluency in TypeScript, Python, or a similar modern programming language.
- Experience operating production systems and reasoning about failure modes.
- Strong computer science and coding fundamentals.
