Base Salary

$180k - $271k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex full-stack software solutions, including backend and integration components.
Shape technical direction, engineering strategy, architecture, and technical decisions for flagship initiatives.
Develop and maintain application frameworks, libraries, and reusable components.
Address technical challenges, performance optimization, scalability, and system stability concerns.
Guide, mentor, and develop engineers while promoting technical excellence and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on code quality, maintainability, and architecture.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, scope, and deliverables.
Represent the company as a technical evangelist at industry events, conferences, and technical communities.

10+ years of software engineering experience, including leading the design and development of complex software systems using microservice architectures and modern application stacks.
10+ years of experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#, plus expertise in development frameworks and technologies.
Experience with the .NET ecosystem is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and large-scale distributed applications.
Proven ability to drive technical decisions, set technical direction, and align engineering work with business goals.
Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Advanced technical certifications are a plus.
