Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support enterprise software applications.
- Configure, program, test, and implement technology solutions.
- Execute application build and deployment processes.
- Analyze requirements and collaborate with functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Prepare technical estimates and participate in application design.
- Identify and resolve defects and performance incidents.
- Participate in code, design, and unit-test reviews.
- Manage and support QA and UAT test environments.
- Maintain the integrity of development, testing, and preproduction environments.
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate and continuously improve solutions.
- Lead automation and process-optimization initiatives.
- Support the training and technical development of less-experienced team members.
Requirements
- Mandatory university degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in application development and support.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with application programming, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Intermediate English is desirable.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, results orientation, teamwork, effective communication, proactivity, and continuous-improvement mindset.
