Base Salary
$159k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business, product, and operational teams to understand workflows, pain points, controls, and transformation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and prototype agentic AI solutions, selecting appropriate ML, GenAI, agent, or no-AI solution patterns and defining success criteria.
- Build working prototypes with Product and Technology teams and validate value with real users and data.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, workflows, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Use LLMs, agentic systems, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Information Security, and other control partners to ensure solutions are explainable, auditable, and governance-aligned.
- Develop reusable AI patterns, capabilities, tools, evaluations, and reference architectures for multiple business domains.
- Drive AI solutions from concept through implementation with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, data science, solution architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional experience in a highly regulated environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of LLMs, agentic and multi-agent architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks is preferred.
- Experience in commercial or corporate banking, capital markets, lending, client onboarding, financial crimes, deal execution, sales/origination, trading, or related financial services is preferred.
- Experience building AI-powered solutions with measurable business impact is preferred.
- Experience rapidly prototyping with Python, notebooks, or low-code tools is preferred.
- Experience translating business needs into technical solutions and working with cloud-based AI platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, and production AI deployment patterns is preferred.
- Knowledge of model governance, AI risk management, responsible AI, privacy, and information security practices is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are preferred.
