Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Embed with client teams to understand workflows, pain points, and value levers and translate business problems into deployable AI-native solutions.
- Own implementation from concept and prototype through production deployment in live client environments.
- Configure, extend, and deploy Echo agents, workflows, and orchestration layers across enterprise systems, data platforms, and APIs.
- Design workflows combining human and digital labor to optimize task allocation, throughput, cost efficiency, and user experience.
- Develop POCs and MVPs rapidly, iterate with client stakeholders, and support adoption and enterprise scale-up.
- Define and manage business architecture covering strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains, processes, and end-to-end value delivery.
- Lead architecture topics and client workstreams at CIO or CTO level and contribute to market development and service delivery excellence.
- Establish reusable implementation patterns, accelerators, and deployment playbooks while quantifying business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 9–12+ years of experience building and shipping software, including client-facing or ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong engineering foundation in Python, APIs, and at least one major cloud platform.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, automation, or agent-based systems.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into deployable solutions with end-to-end systems thinking.
- Strong client-facing communication skills across business and technology stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP or Salesforce and familiarity with data pipelines and orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred: consulting, forward-deployed, or startup founding/early-engineer experience, plus exposure to agent orchestration, RAG, or evaluation and observability tooling.
- Preferred: Capgemini Architects certification level 2 or above, IAF, and TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
