Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead embedded engineering delivery and client engineering teams.
- Own technical execution, delivery quality, and Director and VP relationships.
- Set engineering standards and delivery rhythms.
- Ensure solutions are governed and transferable.
- Identify AI-enabled opportunities and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to deliver client solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in embedded, forward-deployed, or enterprise software engineering.
- Experience leading a client engineering team.
- Deep platform expertise and strong client relationships.
- Experience with governed AI and platform enablement.
- Strong understanding of core AI, generative AI, and responsible AI principles including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- Ability to apply AI capabilities to enterprise transformation and work effectively in AI-augmented delivery environments.

- Base compensation range of $127,500 - $249,350, with possible additional variable compensation, bonuses, or commissions.
