Base Salary
$187k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI agents for a specific JLL business line in partnership with subject-matter experts and operators.
- Stand up MCP servers and connectors from pre-production through production.
- Bootstrap skills, integrations, and evaluations on JLL’s AI platform, including its LLM gateway, shared RAG services, and MCP toolchain.
- Run workshops with business teams, teach them to use Claude Code, and translate workflows into agent skills.
- Operate end-to-end as a one-person engineering team across design, production deployment, support, and handoff.
- Hand mature systems to platform and operations teams and share patterns, anti-patterns, and platform gaps with the Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production agents using Claude Agent SDK, MCP, or an equivalent stack.
- Production programming experience in at least one of Python, Node, or .NET, with the ability to work across the others.
- Experience with relational, NoSQL, object/blob, vector, and document data stores.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working directly with non-engineers.
- Pragmatic judgment about when to ship, harden, or hand off systems.
- Systems-thinking ability focused on failure modes and ownership of AI-generated production code.
- Comfort with tasking and running multiple agents in parallel as part of a daily workflow.
